Engineer by day, Scrapbooker/Stamper by night.... I have been a mechanical engineer since 1994; however, my true love is paper crafts - scrapbooking and rubber stamping to be exact. In 2000, I discovered scrapbooking. I had always enjoyed taking pictures of my family and friends and the trips that I took. At that time, my son was 16 months old and I had boxes and boxes of adorable pictures that I just needed to display. This just seemed to be a perfect match for me. I soon fell deeply in love with my new hobby. I pulled out the rubber stamps that I had purchased while I was in college a decade earlier. I was determined to incorporate these in my scrapbooks. I was soon introduced to Stampin' Up! WOW! I was hooked. It only took 6 months to figure out that I needed a discount on all these great products. In January 2004 I took the leap and became an Independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator. I haven't regreted it yet.
